Thank you for choosing Pure Animal Cardiology! Before your appointment, we will send you the necessary forms to complete. We will also request x-rays, blood work, and doctor notes from your primary veterinarian or urgent care facility.  Please be sure to provide us with the names of all veterinary clinics your pet has seen in the past 2 years.

Validated parking is available in the attached parking structure; the entrance is on Washington Blvd. Please call if you need assistance bringing your pet inside.

Upon walking in, you’ll be greeted and checked in by one of our team members. At the time of your appointment, your pet’s veterinary technician will then escort you and your pet into an examination room.  

The veterinary technician will get any updates on your pet’s medical history, along with any concerns. The cardiologist will then come in and provide a cardiovascular consultation, along with any tests or diagnostics necessary. The treatment regimen for your pet will be discussed and elected together.
